We connect exceptional candidates with experienced mentors in various stages of their surgical careers, offering mentorships that provide opportunities for research involvement and live surgical observations.

We hope to increase the amount of students from state schools getting into medical school and further pursuing careers in surgery. You guys deserve the chance and we want to give back to where we came from!
